We're hiring a Senior SDR Team Lead to manage and develop a team of four SDRs while continuing to run your own outbound motion and carry an individual target. It's the perfect role for someone who wants to prove they can build great salespeople without giving up the thrill of winning business themselves.
You'll spend roughly 50% of your time coaching, developing and supporting your team, and 50% driving your own number, acting as the benchmark for what great looks like.
Unlike many leadership roles, this isn't about becoming a spreadsheet manager. We're looking for someone who wants to develop people, create a high-performance culture and help build a team that genuinely enjoys winning together.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead, coach and develop a team of 4 SDRs
- Conduct regular 1:1s, call coaching and skills development sessions
- Carry your own target and generate pipeline through modern outbound techniques
- Lead by example across prospecting, messaging and opportunity creation
- Build a culture focused on continuous improvement, accountability and collaboration
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing to optimise outreach strategies and results
- Use data and performance insights to identify coaching opportunities and drive improvement
- Help shape processes, best practices and the future growth of the SDR function
What We're Looking For
- Proven success as an SDR, Senior SDR or BDR
- Ambition to move into people leadership and team development
- Natural coaching ability and a genuine desire to help others succeed
- Previous leadership or mentoring experience would be a bonus, but isn't essential
- Strong outbound prospecting skills across phone, email, LinkedIn and social selling
- Commercially driven and highly accountable
- No closing experience required
