Job Title: Analytics Architect 

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Analytics Architect to join our innovative team. In this pivotal role, you will design and implement robust analytics frameworks that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive analytics architectures and data models that support scalable, high-performance analytics solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements and strategies.
• Design and oversee the deployment of analytical tools, dashboards, and reporting platforms that deliver Real Time insights.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance throughout all analytics processes.
• Lead data integration efforts, including data warehousing, ETL processes, and data pipeline development.
• Stay abreast of emerging data technologies and best practices, recommending innovative approaches to enhance analytics capabilities.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Analytics Architect or similar role with a strong background in data architecture, analytics, and data engineering.
• Expertise in cloud platforms (eg, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and data tools (eg, Snowflake, Tableau, Power BI).
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other relevant programming languages.
• Deep understanding of data modelling, database design, and data warehousing concepts.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
