Digital Analytics

We are looking to recruit a Digital Analytics Specialist to take ownership of digital data, BI dashboards, and performance tracking. You'll play a key role in transforming raw data into visual stories that help drive business success.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI
• Develop interactive visualisations that support business goals
• Optimise data models and queries for efficient performance
• Data Analysis & Reporting
• Identify trends and insights through data analysis
• Blend digital data with internal KPIs for unified reporting
• Build customer journey views using web, engagement, and conversion metrics
• Tracking & Implementation
• Implement and manage tracking via Google Tag Manager and GA4
• Set up custom events for detailed behavioural insights
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners

Experience

• Business Intelligence & Data
• Power BI, Excel, SQL Server
• Power Query, Python, Fabric (a plus)
• Digital Analytics
• Google Analytics 4, VWO, Hotjar
• Google Tag Manager, Tealium
• Marketing & CRM Platforms
• Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot
