We're partnering with a global organisation looking for a client side Dayforce Implementation Lead / Project Manager to drive a full suite Dayforce rollout across multiple European regions.

This is a hands on delivery role within the internal HR technology team ideal for someone who understands Dayforce in depth and can confidently guide both internal stakeholders and system integrators. You'll focus on Core HR, Payroll, Talent, and Workforce Management, ensuring real progress and business-ready solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead client side delivery of the Dayforce implementation across HR, Payroll, and WFM
• Interpret configuration workbooks and guide internal teams through decision making
• Support and validate UAT/SIT testing alongside internal users
• Collaborate with the SI partner to ensure aligned, high quality delivery

What You'll Bring

• Strong, hands on experience with Dayforce implementations across HR and WFM
• Functional knowledge of HR, Payroll, and scheduling processes
• Ability to work confidently with SIs and business stakeholders across regions
• A delivery focused, problem solving mindset with excellent communication skills
