Job Description
Salesforce Technical Architect Location: London 3 days onsite\n Duration: 12 months\n \n \nWe are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise Salesforce solutions as part of a large-scale digital transformation programme.\n \n Key Responsibilities\n

- Define and govern Salesforce architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Data Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Design integrations with enterprise platforms using APIs, middleware, and event-driven architectures.
- Lead technical design reviews, security, data governance, and platform scalability.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and delivery partners to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and architectural guidance to development teams.
- Support Agile delivery, backlog refinement, and solution quality assurance.

\nRequired Skills & Experience\n

- 8+ years' experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect.
- Strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud, and integrations.
- Proven experience delivering large-scale digital transformation programmes.
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Experience with Marketing Cloud, Agentforce, Data Cloud, or AI-driven customer solutions.
- Salesforce Application Architect, System Architect, or CTA certification.
