Workday Adaptive Planning Lead We are looking for an experienced Workday Adaptive Planning Lead to lead client engagements, facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and deliver high-quality planning solutions across Finance and Workforce Planning.\n \n \nKey Responsibilities\n

    \n
  • Lead end-to-end Workday Adaptive Planning implementations.
  • \n

  • Conduct client workshops and translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
  • \n

  • Configure and design Adaptive Planning models, reports, and planning processes.
  • \n

  • Collaborate with Finance, HR, and business stakeholders to support budgeting, forecasting, and workforce planning initiatives.
  • \n

  • Present recommendations and solutions to senior stakeholders and project teams.

\nRequired Experience\n

    \n
  • Proven experience delivering Workday Adaptive Planning implementations.
  • \n

  • Strong functional expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • \n

  • Experience leading client-facing workshops and solution design sessions.
  • \n

  • Ability to work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
  • \n

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • \n

  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.

\nPreferred Experience\n

  • Workforce Planning experience.
  • \n

  • Understanding of Adaptive Planning integrations with ERP, HR, and enterprise systems.
  • \n

  • Experience supporting large-scale transformation programmes.

\nCertifications\n Workday Adaptive Planning Certification(s) Personal Attributes\n

  • Confident communicator and workshop facilitator.
  • \n

  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
