Our client, a consulting organisation, is looking for a Workday Finance Consultant to support finance transformation programmes and deliver scalable Workday Financial Management solutions.

The Role

You will play a key role in the implementation, optimisation, and support of Workday Financials, working closely with finance stakeholders and technical teams.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading functional workshops across R2R, P2P, and O2C
• Configuring Workday Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, Assets, Expenses, Procurement, Banking)
• Supporting Chart of Accounts, accounting rules, and reporting structures
• Delivering data migration, integrations, testing, and UAT support
• Developing Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics
• Ensuring compliance with SOX, GAAP, and IFRS
• Managing senior stakeholders including CFOs and Finance leadership
• Supporting post go-live stabilisation and hypercare

Your Profile

• Strong experience with Workday Financial Management
• Hands-on configuration and Workday reporting expertise
• Solid accounting knowledge (GAAP / IFRS)
• Experience in multi-entity and multi-currency environments
• Excellent stakeholder and communication skills
