Collision is our configurable foresight intelligence platform: always-on dashboards tracking innovation, competitors, culture, and commercial activity. Advisory is our bespoke consulting arm, translating live signals into prioritised opportunities and trackable outcomes. This role sits at the heart of helping clients understand and navigate the full ecosystem.
What You'll Own
Portfolio & P&L ownership
Primary relationship holder for 10–20 major brands and agencies at high six figures revenue. Drive retention, expansion, and commercial negotiations.
Ecosystem navigation
Guide clients across the full Foresight Ecosystem — from Collision platform features to Advisory engagements. Spot evolving needs and bridge them to the right solution proactively.
Outreach & bespoke campaigns
Design and deploy curated engagement campaigns. Create bespoke communications on Collision, bringing your own voice and creative instinct to each touchpoint.
Onboarding & platform expertise
Lead onboardings for new clients and prospects. Become the internal conduit for all Collision platform questions.
Feature comms & renewals
Keep clients updated on new features. Own the negotiation cadence and close deals in a timely manner.
Data & usage reporting
Own usage statistics across your portfolio. Advanced Microsoft Excel required.
What We're Looking For
Proven track record in client success, account management, or a similar client-facing commercial role
Comfortable owning revenue targets and navigating commercial conversations independently
Strong written communicator with a distinct voice — you adapt tone without losing yourself
Naturally curious about how things connect — you'll thrive bridging a platform product and a consulting offer
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills — confident building, maintaining, and presenting usage data
An AI self-starter: you've explored where AI makes your work sharper and faster, and you're eager to build on existing workflows
You want to understand everything — the platform, the business, how each team connects — so you can make things move smoother
Highly organised, self-directed, and comfortable juggling multiple accounts simultaneously
Initiative: Several of our most-used AI workflows exist because someone built them without being asked. If you see something that could work better, we expect you to say so — and ideally to have already started fixing it.
