We’re working with a high-growth, consumer facing business that’s scaling globally and are looking for a Head of Engineering to add further stability to the team going forward.
You'll sit on the senior leadership team, working closely with product and overseeing engineering, to deliver a global roadmap while driving innovation with technologies such as AI and automation. You’ll combine strategic thinking with day-to-day coding, ensuring scalability, security, and excellent user experience.
As a Head of Engineering, you'll bring the following:
- Proven track record leading engineering teams within fast-paced, consumer-facing digital product environments
- Deep expertise in .NET or C# - building robust, scalable, and maintainable backend systems
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript across both frontend and full-stack contexts
- Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure across one or more major providers — AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and a security-first approach to engineering
- Excellent communication skills - able to translate technical complexity for both engineering teams and senior business stakeholders
