Head of Engineering

Salary: Up to 180,000 + Bonus + Benefits

Hybrid - London

Permanent, Full Time

We are working with a trailblazing company at the forefront of the Web3 entertainment space, redefining the iGaming experience. As they continue to scale, they are seeking a Head of Engineering to lead the development and delivery of their cutting-edge platform.

This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing team focused on personalisation, game discovery, and entertainment-driven experiences in the sports betting and iGaming space.

As Head of Engineering, you will report to the CTO and play a key role in driving the technical execution of the companys vision. Youll be responsible for leading engineering teams, ensuring high-quality delivery, and maintaining the scalability, performance and security of the platform.

Your Experience:

• Strong experience in engineering leadership roles, ideally within the iGaming or sports betting industry
• Proven track record of managing high-performing engineering teams in fast-paced environments
• Solid understanding of software architecture, development best practices, and system integration
• Familiarity with iGaming technologies, including game APIs and third-party integrations
• Awareness of cybersecurity principles and data compliance standards

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor engineering teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions
• Collaborate with the CTO to execute the companys technology roadmap
• Oversee the development and deployment of platform features and infrastructure
• Ensure platform reliability, performance, and security
• Work cross-functionally with product, design, and operations teams to align engineering efforts with business goals
• Contribute to hiring and team growth, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
