A well-established global business is seeking a hands-on IT Support Technician to support day-to-day IT operations across incident management, end-user support, and laptop set-up.

This is a highly practical, onsite role suited to someone comfortable working across hardware, user support, and core IT troubleshooting in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Incident management and ticket resolution
  • Laptop builds, set-up, and deployment
  • Hands-on IT support across hardware and end-user issues
  • General IT technician / desktop support tasks
  • Support across Azure and Google environments

Desired Skills:

  • IT support / desktop support experience
  • Strong hands-on hardware and laptop provisioning experience
  • Incident management / service desk support
  • Microsoft Azure exposure
  • Google Workspace / Google environment support

Key Information:

  • Up to £250 per day Outside IR35
  • Leeds – onsite 5 days per week
  • 6 months (rolling)
  • One stage Interview taking place Wednesday (onsite)
