A global entertainments organisation is transforming the future of the industry! They are looking for a Integration Lead that is a maestro across NetSuite and ERP systems.
The Integrations Lead is responsible for designing, managing, and delivering system integrations across their global technology landscape. This role ensures all integrations, whether built in-house or delivered through third parties are robust, well-documented, and aligned with their enterprise standards. Acting as the central point of contact for integration activities, the Integrations Lead collaborates with internal teams, vendors, and data stakeholders to ensure seamless connectivity, data integrity, and operational efficiency across platforms such as NetSuite and other enterprise systems.
Key Accountabilities
Integration Design and Delivery - Translate requirements into secure, scalable integration solutions across their systems (including NetSuite) and third-party platforms. Ensure adherence to architecture standards and collaborate with internal teams and vendors for reliable delivery.
Governance and Documentation - Maintain comprehensive integration documentation and support governance processes to standardise delivery across the organisation.
Data Integrity and Quality - Work with the Data Manager to ensure accurate, consistent data flows and resolve integration-related issues.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement - Partner with business and technical stakeholders, coordinating with vendors to deliver effective integration solutions.
Continuous Improvement and Innovation - Evaluate emerging technologies, adopt modern integration approaches, and contribute to the evolution of their integration roadmap.
Experience and Qualifications
- 3+ years' experience in systems integration, solution design, or technical delivery within a complex, multi-system environment.
- Proven track record of delivering integration solutions in enterprise or global organisations.
- Experience working with ERP systems (preferably NetSuite) and associated integration tools and methodologies.
- Strong understanding of APIs, web services (REST/SOAP), and data exchange formats (JSON, XML, CSV). Familiarity with middleware platforms (e.g., Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, Workato) or equivalent integration technologies.
- Experience managing relationships with vendors and third-party delivery partners. Solid understanding of data governance and best practices for maintaining data integrity through integrations.
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
