Salary: Up to £90,000 + benefits

Location: Hybrid/Leeds (1 day a week in the office)

I'm working with a fast-growing SME who are accelerating the resale and recommerce industry. The company offer an end-to-end solution that combines the ease of modern tech with expert valuation and customer-first marketplace service.

As the Product Manager, you will own and drive the strategy of the internal products and services that power their operational backbone. This includes logistics applications, internal tools, third‐party integrations, pricing and stock platforms, and everything that helps their teams work efficiently at scale.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full product lifecycle, from end to end.
  • Turn high-level business goals into clear, actionable user stories and deliverables.
  • Manage and continuously refine their websites for international markets.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to review existing processes and uncover improvement.
  • Prioritise initiatives and features to maintain strong alignment with the overarching product strategy.
  • Leverage analytics tools and customer insights to pinpoint areas for growth, optimisation, and innovation.
  • Facilitate scrum ceremonies and champion the customer perspective throughout the product development process.
  • Be experimental minded and have a B2C focussed approach.
  • Look and integrate AI practices into their product streams to speed up efficiency and for scaling purposes.

Requirements:

  • A background in CMS or Hubspot, with familiarities in A/B testing from a customers perspective.
  • Understanding of system integrations and APIs, with the ability to work effectively with engineering teams on third-party integrations.
  • Experience working in a start-up or scale-up environment that is very fast-paced.
  • Experience building and scaling products into multiple markets.
  • Proven experience managing and articulating key data insights and analytics to scale users.
  • Extensive experience managing internal tools, operational platforms or B2B products.
  • Clear and confident communication skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams effectively.
  • Experience in e-commerce, re-commerce, logistics, or marketplace environments.
