A major UK enterprise client is searching for an experienced Technical Commercial Procurement Manager to lead the end-to-end tendering process for a new Identity Access Management System enhancement.
You will own the full procurement life cycle in a complex, enterprise-scale environment, working closely with senior stakeholders across technology, security, and commercial teams, while managing third-party suppliers throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full end-to-end tendering for a new IAMS solution
- Manage senior and often challenging stakeholders across multiple business areas
- Liaise with suppliers across the entire procurement life cycle
- Ensure compliance with public sector procurement regulations and governance
- Operate effectively within a large, complex corporate environment
Desired Experience
- Proven delivery of full end-to-end procurement/tendering processes
- Strong stakeholder management and supplier engagement skills
- Background operating as a Commercial Procurement Manager in large organisations
- Exposure to Identity Access Management environments is highly desirable
- (previous ecosystem included ForgeRock, now part of Ping Identity)
