Transformation Director | Automation & AI Enablement
Salary: £95,000 to £150,000
Location: Hybrid / London
We are working with a technology and AI enabled customer experience platform that operates at scale and places digital capability at the centre of its strategy. The business is hiring a Transformation Director with deep experience in automation and emerging AI tools. The role will lead the discovery and implementation of automation solutions that improve performance and create measurable business value.
You will act as a key driver of change, building confidence across the organisation and helping teams adopt AI tools in a structured and meaningful way.

What you will do
• Identify automation opportunities and work with stakeholders to assess value and prioritise delivery
• Build proof of concept use cases to show the impact of AI and automation, using clear success metrics
• Partner with Operations, Technology, Product and Customer teams to design and implement solutions
• Support teams through the adoption of AI tools through training, guidance and hands on help
• Lead end to end change projects and ensure alignment with business objectives
• Manage relationships with senior leaders and external vendors to keep delivery on track
• Monitor progress and continuously refine automation and AI initiatives
• Stay informed about new AI and automation developments and apply relevant insights
About you
• Strong understanding of AI and automation including machine learning, natural language processing and RPA
• Comfortable with data and visualisation tools
• Able to translate complex analysis into simple and strategic insights
• Curious and motivated by understanding how systems and processes work
• Comfortable in fast paced environments with competing priorities
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to bring structure to ambiguity
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-driven and confident operating in unstructured environments
