Agile Coach
Contract : Agile Coach : £450 per day Outside IR35 : 6 months : Hybrid London
We're partnering with a global client to find an experienced Agile Coach to drive transformation across their teams and help embed a genuine culture of agility.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-established organisation at scale, coaching multiple teams and stakeholders through their agile journey, and making a real, visible impact from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Coach teams and individuals on agile principles, frameworks, and mindsets (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or hybrid models)
- Facilitate and improve key ceremonies, planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives
- Identify systemic blockers and work with leadership to resolve them
- Mentor Scrum Masters and Product Owners to raise team-level agile capability
- Support cultural and organisational change toward continuous improvement
- Provide visibility on team health, delivery metrics, and maturity progress to stakeholders
Contract Details
- Rate: £400 – £500 per day (Outside IR35)
- Location: Hybrid – London (2–3 days per week on-site)
- Availability: Immediate start
- Duration: 6 months rolling
