Senior Product Manager

Senior Product Manager – B2C Retail

Location: London (Hybrid)

Salary: Up to £90,000

We are working with an established, profitable business in the travel and experiences space that is making a significant strategic shift. Having built a strong presence serving enterprise clients for over two decades, they are now investing heavily in building a direct to consumer proposition for the first time.

As Senior Product Manager for Retail, you will own the strategy, vision and delivery of this new consumer offering, helping customers discover, access and derive value from a broad range of travel and lifestyle experiences, with opportunities to cross sell ancillary services throughout the journey.

This is a genuinely rare opportunity. The business already has the scale, the inventory and the commercial relationships to make this work. What they need now is the right PM to build the consumer layer on top of it.

Senior Product Manager Responsibilities:

  • Define and drive the product roadmap for the direct to consumer retail proposition
  • Lead the end to end development and delivery of digital experiences that drive customer engagement and commercial growth
  • Identify and build out opportunities to cross sell complementary services within the consumer journey
  • Translate business needs into clear product requirements and secure alignment across commercial, engineering and operations teams
  • Use data and customer insight to define new features, optimise existing products and drive measurable outcomes
  • Work closely with engineering, UX and delivery teams to ensure seamless execution
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activity and performance metrics to continuously inform strategy

Who You Are:

  • Proven experience in B2C product management, ideally within travel, lifestyle, marketplace or consumer platform environments
  • Track record of building and scaling direct to consumer digital products
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience developing business cases and driving revenue growth
  • Data driven with strong analytical skills and experience turning insight into product decisions
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross functional collaboration skills
  • Comfortable working in agile, fast paced environments with a high degree of autonomy
  • Genuinely excited about travel, consumer experience and building products people love using

If you are a Senior Product Manager ready to help shape something genuinely new within a business that has the foundations to make it a success, we would love to hear from you.

Due to the high volume of applications, not all applicants will receive feedback.
