£80,000 - £150,000 + Equity
Hybrid | 3-4 days a week | London, UK
We’re partnering with a well-funded early-stage company building a secure automation platform used by large organisations to streamline and protect critical internal workflows.
The business is already supporting production use cases across multiple enterprise customers and is now entering a rapid growth phase, with plans to scale both the product and team significantly over the next year.
Responsibilities as a Software Engineer:
• Improve the core automation engine to handle increasingly complex, real-world workflows reliably • Develop and enhance a secure execution environment for running automated processes • Build internal tooling to accelerate deployment and iteration of new automations • Contribute across the stack, including user-facing applications, backend systems, and infrastructure • Collaborate directly with customers to understand requirements and shape solutions • Help scale systems designed to handle sensitive data in a secure and reliable way
Requirements
• Experience with modern JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystems and relational databases • Familiarity with automation frameworks or similar tooling • Strong debugging skills and ability to reason about complex systems in production environments • Interest in security, identity, or access management concepts is beneficial • Comfortable working closely with users and stakeholders-
