We're excited to be partnering with a well-established and growing organisation that is investing heavily in its technology function. As part of their continued expansion, they're seeking a proactive and customer-focused IT Support Analyst to join their team.

This is an excellent opportunity to become a key member of a supportive IT department, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring colleagues across the business receive exceptional technical support. What you'll be doing:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for all IT-related queries and technical issues
  • Diagnosing, triaging and resolving hardware, software and system issues
  • Providing proactive support to minimise downtime and maintain business continuity
  • Monitoring system performance and escalating complex issues where required
  • Maintaining accurate records of incidents, requests and resolutions
  • Assisting with the maintenance and updating of desktop applications and network infrastructure
  • Supporting system upgrades, deployments and rollout projects
  • Working within agreed service levels and ensuring a high standard of customer service

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience in an IT Support, Service Desk or Technical Support role
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows (Client and Server environments)
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 and Active Directory
  • Good understanding of networking technologies, including LAN, WAN and Wi-Fi
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • A professional, customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering outstanding support
