\n We're partnering with a well-established retail organisation that has recently completed the implementation of a new ERP system. They are now looking for an experienced, hands-on Business Analyst to support the next phase of the transformation, focusing on business process improvement, process mapping, and ensuring the new platform is fully embedded across the business
\n

leAs the Business Analyst, you'll play a key role in analysing and improving existing business processes following the ERP implementation. You'll work with stakeholders to understand current ways of working, document future-state processes, and translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements for delivery team

ns.• Gather, document and validate business and functional requiremen

ts.• Create user stories, acceptance criteria and supporting BA documentati

on.• Work closely with project managers, technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure successful delive

ry.• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend practical improvemen

ts.• Support UAT activities where required and ensure business readiness for ongoing enhancemen

\n
lls.• Experience working on ERP implementation or post-implementation projects would be highly advantage

ous.• Comfortable working in Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery environme
