We're working with a leading transformation consultancy delivering a Global Business Services (GBS) programme for a global client. As part of a wider Finance Transformation, the organisation is implementing ServiceNow alongside its ERP landscape to standardise and digitise finance processes across Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Record-to-Report (R2R).

We're looking for experienced Business Analysts with a strong finance process background who can bridge the gap between Finance, Business, and Technology teams.

The Role

• Lead workshops with Finance stakeholders to understand current processes and define future-state ways of working.
• Document As-Is and To-Be processes, business requirements, user stories, and process maps.
• Support the implementation of ServiceNow Finance workflows, ensuring they integrate effectively with existing ERP platforms.
• Work with Process Owners, Architects, Product Owners, and technical teams to design and implement standardised finance proceses.
• Support UAT, business readiness, and change activit ies.

Experience Required

• Proven Business Analyst experience delivering Finance Transformation programmes.
• Strong knowledge of P2P, O2C and/or R2R finance processes.
• Experience supporting ServiceNow implementations or projects where ServiceNow was implemented alongside ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Workday, Dynamics, etc.).
• Experience gathering requirements, facilitating workshops, process mapping, and supporting end-to-end delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management across Finance and Technology teams.
