The role requires someone who is comfortable operating from executive-level steering conversations all the way down into the detail of delivery execution, implementation planning and operational readiness.

  • Bring structure, governance and consistency to large-scale transformation activity
  • Ensure alignment between roadmap, delivery plans, operational dependencies and client expectations

  • Identify risks, blockers and dependencies early and coordinate mitigation activities
  • Support go-live planning, deployment readiness and hypercare activities

Business Change & Operational Readiness

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders across operational, transformation and IT functions
  • Provide confidence through clear communication, robust planning and visible control of delivery
  • Bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical operational stakeholders
  • Support executive-level reporting, governance and programme communications
  • Maintain alignment across internal teams, client teams and third-party suppliers

Product & Technical Delivery Coordination

  • Work closely with product owners, developers, architects and delivery teams to coordinate delivery priorities
  • Provide delivery guardrails to agile product and engineering teams
  • Ensure requirements, scope and delivery outcomes remain aligned to programme objectives
  • Support integration and implementation activities across complex client environments
  • Coordinate across internal and external technology teams including client IT departments

Operational Transformation

  • Support the rollout of operational tooling across contractor and supply chain environments
  • Help establish standardised operational processes and scalable delivery models
  • Ensure implementation quality, data integrity and operational consistency
  • Work closely with delivery teams to ensure solutions are fit for real operational use in the field
