I’m currently recruiting for a Senior Application Specialist to join a global organisation undergoing a major digital transformation. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced full-stack developer to take ownership of a large-scale rebuild of a business-critical CRM / contract management platform used internationally.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading development across the full application lifecycle, from technical design through to release

• Working closely with international stakeholders across the UK, Europe, and US

• Managing bug fixes, backlog priorities, and ongoing system enhancements

• Collaborating with UX/UI, QA, and product teams to deliver high-quality solutions

• Supporting sprint planning, estimations, and technical documentation

• Driving innovation and recommending scalable technical improvements

What they’re looking for:

• 5+ years’ PHP development experience, ideally with Laravel

• Strong full-stack expertise across LAMP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

• Experience with Git/GitHub, Docker, PHPUnit, SOAP and REST APIs

• Strong understanding of scalable, secure system development

• Agile / Kanban experience with Jira knowledge preferred

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
