ServiceNow Solution Architect

Our client is seeking a ServiceNow Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of complex ServiceNow implementations for enterprise clients.

You will play a key role in shaping platform architecture, guiding delivery teams, and advising senior stakeholders on how to maximise value from the ServiceNow platform. The role combines technical architecture, consulting expertise and programme leadership, ensuring solutions are

scalable, maintainable and aligned with business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Design

  • Lead end-to-end solution architecture for ServiceNow transformation programmes
  • Translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow platform designs
  • Define architecture aligned with ServiceNow best practices and platform standards

Platform Strategy

  • Support clients in defining ServiceNow platform roadmaps and governance frameworks
  • Drive adoption of standardised workflows and platform capabilities
  • Ensure alignment with CSDM and CMDB architecture best practices

Delivery Leadership

  • Guide development teams through design, build and deployment phases
  • Provide technical oversight and architectural governance
  • Ensure solutions are delivered efficiently, securely and at enterprise scale

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and programme leadership
  • Facilitate workshops to define future-state workflows and platform capabilities
  • Present architectural solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences

Innovation

  • Identify opportunities to leverage automation, AI and advanced ServiceNow capabilities
  • Support adoption of features such as Virtual Agent, AI workflows and intelligent automation

Required Skills & Experience

  • Significant experience within the ServiceNow ecosystem
  • Proven experience designing enterprise-level ServiceNow architectures
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and best practices
  • Experience across multiple modules such as:
  • ITSM, CSM, HRSD, ITOM

Strong experience with:

  • CSDM and CMDB architecture
  • ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
  • Platform governance and release management
  • Enterprise workflow design

Certifications (Preferred)

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
  • ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
