Corporate Paralegal (6-12 month FTC)

We’re looking to speak with mid-to-senior Corporate Paralegals with M&A experience.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a Tech Company on a 6-month contract (with potential to extend).

This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment where initiative and adaptability are key.

Role responsibilities:

• Support corporate and M&A transactions from start to finish
• Draft, review, and manage documents and corporate records
• Assist with due diligence and coordinate with internal and external teams
• Provide proactive, practical support wherever needed

Requirements:

• Solid corporate/M&A paralegal experience
• Independent, reliable, and proactive
• Strong communicator who engages easily across teams
• Able to work from London office
