Artificial Intelligence Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented AI Analyst to support the development and optimization of AI-driven solutions. This role focuses on analyzing datasets, supporting machine learning initiatives, and translating insights into actionable business outcomes. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience within the UK market, strong analytical capabilities, and a solid understanding of AI and data science fundamentals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze structured and unstructured datasets to identify trends and insights
  • Support the development and evaluation of machine learning models
  • Perform data preprocessing, cleaning, and feature engineering
  • Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to implement AI solutions
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings
  • Monitor model performance and contribute to optimization efforts
  • Translate business requirements into data-driven solutions
  • Ensure compliance with data governance and UK regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in AI, data analysis, or related roles within the UK
  • Proficiency in Python, R, or similar tools for data analysis
  • Strong understanding of statistics, data modeling, and machine learning concepts
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Mandatory Certification (at least one):
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate
  • Google Professional Machine Learning Engineer
  • AWS Certified Machine Learning – Specialty

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, or Google Cloud Platform
  • Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or similar)
  • Knowledge of big data tools (e.g., Spark)
  • Understanding of MLOps and model deployment processes
  • Familiarity with UK data regulations (e.g., GDPR)
