Associate Full Stack Engineer
About the Role
We are seeking an Associate Full Stack Engineer to support the development, maintenance, and enhancement of web applications across both front-end and back-end systems. This role is designed for early-career professionals who want to build strong technical foundations in full stack development within a structured engineering environment.
You will work alongside senior engineers, contributing to real-world projects while continuously learning modern development practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in building and maintaining full stack web applications.
- Develop responsive user interfaces and reusable components.
- Support backend development, APIs, and service integrations.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
- Participate in debugging, testing, and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers and engineers.
- Assist in database operations and basic query management.
- Follow coding standards, version control practices, and documentation guidelines.
- Contribute to code reviews and continuous improvement processes.
- Learn and apply new technologies under mentorship.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field, or equivalent training/bootcamp experience.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with at least one front-end framework (React, Angular, or Vue).
- Basic knowledge of backend technologies (Node.js, Python, Java, PHP, or .NET).
- Understanding of REST APIs and web services (basic level).
- Awareness of databases (SQL or NoSQL).
- Familiarity with Git and version control concepts.
- Strong problem-solving ability and willingness to learn.
