Big Data Developer
We are hiring an Entry-Level Big Data Developer to join our data engineering team. This role is designed for fresh graduates and early-career professionals who want to build a strong foundation in big data systems, distributed computing, and data pipeline development.
No prior industry experience is required. Full training, mentorship, and hands-on exposure to enterprise-scale data environments will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in building and maintaining basic data pipelines under supervision.
- Support data ingestion, transformation, and processing tasks.
- Work with structured and semi-structured data formats (CSV, JSON, etc.).
- Assist in managing data storage systems and datasets.
- Support debugging and monitoring of data workflows.
- Collaborate with senior developers on ETL/ELT processes.
- Participate in data quality checks and validation activities.
- Document workflows, processes, and technical changes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent training/bootcamp).
- Basic understanding of programming concepts (Python or Java preferred).
- Fundamental knowledge of databases and SQL.
- Awareness of data structures and basic data processing concepts.
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Eagerness to learn big data technologies.
