Junior Project Support Specialist
About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized Junior Project Support Specialist to assist in the coordination and execution of projects. This entry-level role focuses on administrative support, tracking project activities, and ensuring effective communication across teams. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and trackers
- Support communication between project teams and stakeholders
- Track progress, deadlines, and deliverables
- Identify potential risks or delays and escalate when needed
- Assist in resource coordination and meeting scheduling
- Ensure project data and records are accurate and up to date
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Management, or a related field
- 0–1 year of experience in project coordination, administration, or similar roles (internships included)
- Basic understanding of project management concepts
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and work in a structured environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or Trello
- Knowledge of Agile or Waterfall methodologies
- Basic proficiency in Excel and reporting
- Relevant certification (e.g., PRINCE2 Foundation, CAPM)
