Network Analyst
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Network Analyst to join our IT infrastructure team. This is an extreme entry-level role designed for individuals starting their career in networking. Full training will be provided. The role focuses on basic network monitoring, support, and assisting senior engineers in maintaining stable and secure network environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in monitoring network performance and connectivity
- Support basic troubleshooting of network issues (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi)
- Help configure and maintain network devices under supervision
- Log and track network-related incidents and service requests
- Assist in identifying and escalating network outages or performance issues
- Support basic firewall, router, and switch checks
- Maintain documentation of network activities and changes
- Work closely with senior engineers and IT support teams
Required Qualifications
- Basic understanding of computers and networking concepts
- Strong willingness to learn and develop a career in IT networking
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a structured environment
- No prior professional experience required (training provided)
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (IP address, DNS, DHCP)
- Exposure to Windows/Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with Microsoft tools such as Microsoft 365
- Interest in networking certifications such as CompTIA Network+ or CCNA
