Network Analyst

We are seeking a Network Analyst to join our IT team. This position is designed for recent graduates, career starters, and individuals looking to begin a career in networking and infrastructure.

No prior professional experience is required. Training and mentorship will be provided to help you develop the technical and professional skills needed for success.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor network systems and report potential issues.
• Assist with basic troubleshooting of connectivity problems.
• Support network documentation and inventory tracking.
• Help maintain network performance records and reports.
• Assist in configuring and updating network-related equipment under supervision.
• Support IT teams with routine operational tasks.
• Escalate technical issues to senior team members when required.

Required Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Networking, or a related field, or equivalent training.
• Basic understanding of computer systems and networking concepts.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and common productivity applications.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
