About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized Project Management Assistant to support project planning and execution. This entry-level role focuses on coordinating tasks, maintaining documentation, and ensuring smooth communication across teams. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities
- Maintain project documentation, trackers, and reports
- Support communication between stakeholders and project teams
- Track project progress, timelines, and deliverables
- Identify risks or delays and escalate when necessary
- Assist with meeting coordination, minutes, and follow-ups
- Support resource allocation and administrative tasks
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Management, or a related field
- 0–1 year of experience in project coordination or administrative roles (internships included)
- Basic understanding of project management concepts
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and work in a structured environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Trello, or Asana
- Knowledge of Agile or Waterfall methodologies
- Basic proficiency in Excel and reporting
- Relevant certification (e.g., PRINCE2 Foundation, CAPM)
