Reporting Analyst
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Reporting Analyst to support basic reporting, data preparation, and dashboard maintenance activities. This is an extreme entry-level role designed for individuals starting their career in data and reporting. Full training and onboarding will be provided. The role focuses on assisting teams with accurate and timely reporting to support business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing basic reports and dashboards
- Collect and organize data from multiple sources
- Support data entry, validation, and cleaning tasks
- Maintain reporting templates and spreadsheets
- Help update weekly and monthly performance reports
- Support senior analysts with ad-hoc reporting tasks
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of reported data
- Document simple reporting processes and workflows
Required Qualifications
- Basic understanding of data, numbers, and reporting concepts
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a structured environment
- No prior experience required (training provided)
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or spreadsheets
- Exposure to tools such as Microsoft Power BI or Tableau (not mandatory)
- Any academic or project experience in data handling or reporting
- Interest in data analytics or business intelligence careers
