Hours of Work: Full Time, Permanent

As an Applications & Systems Analyst, you will take on an essential role in providing day-to-day support across our EMEAA ERP systems, liaising with stakeholders from various departments. You'll conduct proof-of-concept studies for cutting-edge solutions while contributing to the design of systems and processes. Your hands-on approach will help monitor project schedules, track risks, and escalate blockers, ensuring our technology aligns seamlessly with our strategic goals. Your analytical mindset will ensure that our solutions meet real-world business needs.

Applications & Systems Analyst Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience. 
• Over 5 years’ experience in system and application support with proficiency in SQL, JavaScript, XML, SSRS, and Power BI. 
• Proven track record in ERP implementation and support across various regions and compliance landscapes. 
• Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical audiences. 
• Experience with IT ticketing platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira) and a practical understanding of service desk environments.
• Strong business Modelling Knowledge/experience
• Manage & document end to end business processes to support business efficiencies
