Marketing Manager

We're recruiting on behalf of our client, a growing digital construction consultancy, for a Marketing Manager to lead and deliver their B2B marketing activity during a key growth phase.

This is a senior, hands‐on role with clear ownership of strategy, execution and budget, reporting directly to the Managing Director.

The Role

  • Own and deliver the marketing strategy and budget
  • Drive multichannel lead generation across digital and traditional channels
  • Produce high‐quality content: thought leadership, blogs, case studies and copy
  • Manage website content and ongoing development
  • Deliver sales collateral (digital and print)
  • Manage LinkedIn and senior leadership personal branding
  • Plan and deliver events, networking and award submissions
  • Manage PR and trade press activity
  • Work closely with the Bid & Proposal Co‐Ordinator on bid and proposal collateral
  • Ensure consistent brand positioning and adherence to guidelines

What We're Looking For

  • Proven B2B Marketing Manager with strong multichannel experience
  • Excellent copywriting and content skills
  • Ability to translate complex or technical topics into clear marketing messages
  • Experience in tech, construction or BIM beneficial
  • Confident using Adobe InDesign or similar design tools
  • AI‐literate, using tools to support content and analysis appropriately
  • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive or similar)
