Salesforce has already been relaunched, so the focus now is on making sure it’s used properly across the business and delivering what it should. That means improving usability, building reporting that people actually use, and encouraging teams to fully adopt the platform.
You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders and users across the business to make sure Salesforce becomes something people rely on, not something they work around.

- Cleanse and maintain data quality to ensure trust in reporting
- Build dashboards and reports that sales and commercial teams actually use
- Support users day to day and help improve adoption across the business

WHY IT’S AN EXCITING TIME TO JOIN
The business has recognised that Salesforce should be far more than a basic CRM and has already invested in getting the right foundations in place. The platform is up and running, and leadership is keen to make better use of it.
You’d be joining at a point where the focus is on getting more out of what’s already there improving data quality, reporting, and how teams actually use Salesforce in their day‐to‐day work.
