📍 Location : London (Hybrid with 3 days a week in the office)

We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to join a fast-growing digital product studio working at the intersection of design, strategy, and technology. You’ll play a key role in shaping how the studio grows - not just by generating leads, but by helping define how they tell their story, build relationships, and close meaningful work.

🔍 You will be...

🤝 Leading early-stage outreach and nurturing conversations with potential clients

🧠 Collaborating closely with marketing and content to shape messaging and campaigns

📈 Helping refine and communicate a complex, high-value proposition

🎯 Working alongside the leadership team to identify strategic opportunities

📂 Seeing leads through from first contact to signed contract

✅ You’d be a good fit if...

• You’ve worked in a creative or digital agency and understand the nuance of selling services, not static products
• You’re comfortable with complex, consultative sales and can explain abstract ideas clearly
• You’re collaborative and enjoy working closely with marketing, content, and leadership
• You’re not looking for a traditional “here’s your list, go sell” role - you want to have ownership over strategy as well as execution.
