We’re working with a highly respected, independent design and technology studio to find a Lead Product Designer with a truly exceptional eye for visual craft.

This studio is known for creating standout digital products and brands for some of the most ambitious companies in the world. Their work is widely recognised across the industry, blending strategic thinking with beautifully executed design.

This isn’t a typical product role, they’re looking for someone who cares deeply about visual quality, typography, layout, and interaction, and knows how to bring that level of craft into complex digital experiences.

The Role

You’ll lead projects end-to-end, shaping ideas from early concept through to launch. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams and clients, you’ll turn complex challenges into clear, elegant, and visually striking products. You’ll set the bar for design quality, bring direction when things are ambiguous, and play a key role in elevating the overall standard of work.

What They’re Looking For

• 6+ years in product design, ideally with a background in visual or brand design
• A portfolio that shows strong craft across UI, interaction, and visual systems
• Experience delivering high-quality digital products, ideally in a studio/agency setting
• Confidence leading projects and working directly with clients
