Senior Product Designer

Senior Product Designer | Startup | Up to £100k +equity

I’m working with a Series B startup in London building a marketplace product. They’ve just raised on the strength of their tech that could completely change how their industry works, and they’re now hiring a third product designer for their team.

The role is mobile‑first, e‑commerce focused and end‑to‑end . You'll work in a team where you’ll be hands‑on across research, discovery, UX, UI, and design systems, and have a real say in how design operates. You'd sit across the product but initially focus on reimagining more complex B2B journeys at an exciting stage of growth! It's a high-impact and fast moving setup with a high‑energy culture where decisions ship quickly, design has a clear growth mandate, and there’s lots to gain from joining at this stage.

They’re looking for:

• Strong e‑commerce product design experience
• Solid mobile app product design (React Native product)
• Someone AI‑native in mindset – thinks in systems, components and how AI and automation can make the product & org more effective
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced, in‑office startup (4 days/week)

💰 Salary: Up to £100k + equity
