The role

Join a marketplace that's doubling in size over the next 2 years. You'll own a core part of the product end-to-end, empowered by a CPO who wants a subject matter expert to lead and own their area. This is a new focus for them, so there's real scope to build the function around you and establish the foundations of something significant in a business generating millions in revenue.

What you’ll be doing

• Owning the pricing product end-to-end, defining and iterating strategy to support growth.
• Identifying, articulating, and prioritising complex pricing problems, turning them into clear roadmaps and experiments.
• Partnering closely with CPTO, senior product, engineering, and commercial teams to deliver high-impact pricing changes and measure their impact.

What I’m looking for

• Proven product management experience in pricing, revenue, or commercial optimisation within tech-first businesses.
• Background working on complex consumer or marketplace products.
• Track record of thriving in fast-paced, non-corporate environments, owning outcomes, influencing senior stakeholders, and shipping impactful work quickly.
