As Talent Acquisition at Found By Few you will lead all aspects of talent acquisition, internal hiring, and workforce planning, while shaping recruitment processes and strategies that align closely with our business objectives.

You will oversee the end-to-end recruitment and internal hiring strategy, ensuring we attract, retain, and develop the talent essential to delivering transformative change for our clients in the tech and startup sector.

About you:

● At least 18 months working within an internal talent role

● Experience recruiting sales profiles

● Highly motivated, ambitious and driven by success

On offer:

• Hybrid working (2 days per week in London)
• 10am Monday starts
• £40,000 - £60,000 p/a (DOE)
