Product Manager

At Foundation Health, we’re redefining what healthcare operations look like - transforming how healthcare organisations deliver pharmacy, care coordination and direct-to-patient services.

But we need a Product Manager to help us build the connective tissue that makes it all possible.

You’ll be joining at a really pivotal time for us. We’ve just raised $20m in Series A funding - so, accelerating all things product development and building what’s next.

That’s why this isn’t for somebody looking to own just a single feature set. You’ll look into our entire product ecosystem - from patient-facing applications and AI-driven workflow automation to complex, data-focused system integrations.

You’ll be a hands-on PM, who appreciates all things system connectivity, scalability and impact. Somebody who’s built products that are scalable and reusable across multiple systems.

You translate high-level vision into tangible, robust product builds - that can be utilised across multiple healthcare systems.

It’s not essential, but if you've got any exposure with Electronic Health Records (EHRs) such as Epic or Cerner - then it’d be a huge bonus.

You’ll enjoy rolling your sleeves up and getting stuck into a bit of everything. You’ll spend a lot of time working alongside our Engineering and Design teams, so this should be something you’re already used to!

We’re still fairly young. So you’d be in a great position to put your stamp on things - bringing fresh ideas to the table and challenging existing processes.

This is a hybrid-role in our Manchester City Centre office. You’d be expected to work onsite 1-2 days per week.

What you’ll get

  • Stock Options
  • Group Life Assurance (via Legal & General), including:
  • Death in Service Benefit (4x salary)
  • Virtual GP access
  • Care Concierge
  • Employee Assistance Programme
  • Auto-enrolment in the company pension scheme
  • 25 days of paid annual leave plus bank holidays
  • WeWork office in Manchester and London
  • Hybrid flexible working arrangements
  • Company-issued Apple Macbook Pro

Interview Process

  • Initial call with our Director of Product (30 mins)
  • Technical assessment with our Director of Product (1 hour)
  • Final Interview with CEO and/or Snr Leadership Team.
