Oracle System Analyst
My client is one of the UK's largest and most established children's charities, supporting hundreds of thousands of children, young people and families every year across the UK. Their IS team is growing and they're looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Analyst to join them on a permanent, fully remote basis.
This is a broad, senior role. You'll be the internal HCM expert — owning configuration, resolving complex incidents, leading on system change projects and mentoring less experienced colleagues. The scope spans Core HCM, Absence, Security, Recruitment, Learn and Workforce Structures, so genuine multi-module experience is essential.
What you'll be doing
- Owning HCM system configuration and continuous improvement across multiple modules
- Resolving complex incidents using ITIL methodology
- Translating business requirements into functional specifications
- Managing system security and user activity
- Leading the HCM workstream on business change projects
- Collaborating with Oracle, third-party vendors and internal stakeholders
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members
What you'll need
- Extensive hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM — this is non-negotiable
- Multi-module coverage across Core HCM, Absence and Security as a minimum
- Strong stakeholder management and the ability to communicate technical issues to non-technical audiences
- Experience applying project management methodologies to system change
- A genuine interest in working for an organisation with real social purpose
Why this role
Real ownership in a complex, multi-service environment. You won't be sat underneath a larger team — you'll be the expert, working directly with Oracle and shaping how the platform develops. And you'll be doing it for an organisation that genuinely makes a difference.
Fully remote. £50,000. Permanent.
