The structure
This is commission and equity only. Here is exactly how it works:
The first £20,000 in sales you bring in goes directly to you. All of it. That is your proof of concept period, your runway, and your incentive to move fast.
Beyond that threshold, the conversation shifts to equity. You become a genuine co-founder with a stake in what we are building together. The better the business performs, the more your equity is worth.
There is no ambiguity here. No moving goalposts. What you build, you own a piece of.
What you will be selling
Founder consulting packages and AI implementation services to startup founders, early-stage businesses, and SMEs across the UK and beyond. Average deal values are meaningful, the sales cycle is relatively short, and the product genuinely sells itself to the right audience.
You will have full support on positioning, collateral, and founder-level backing on every significant pitch.
Who we are looking for
You have sold before and you are good at it. Not just comfortable with rejection but genuinely energised by the hunt. You understand the startup world, either because you have been a founder yourself or because you have spent time close to one. You do not need managing.
Specifically you will have most of these:
A track record of closing deals, not just generating leads.
The ability to build relationships quickly and genuinely.
Confidence speaking to founders and business owners at senior level.
An understanding of AI, consulting, or professional services, even at a surface level.
A network you can actually pick up the phone to.
The kind of hunger that does not need external motivation.
What this is not
This is not a side hustle role for someone testing the waters. This is not suitable if you need a salary to pay your bills right now. This is not a volume-dial, cold-call churn role.
This is for someone who looks at the first £20,000 commission and thinks that is achievable in the first few weeks, not the first few years.
