Who Are We Looking For?
A confident, organised and client‑focused Account Manager who thrives in a creative digital setting. You'll manage your own portfolio, deliver website projects of varying complexity, advise clients on digital strategy, and ensure work is delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard. Proactivity, great communication and a strong eye for detail are essential.
Applicants must have 3-5 years' experience delivering website projects and a solid understanding of ecommerce.
This is a hybrid role, requiring two days per week in the Cheltenham office.

Key Responsibilities Client & Relationship Management
- Act as primary contact for your client portfolio
- Build strong relationships through regular communication and updates
- Understand client goals and advise on digital strategy
- Lead website projects from scoping to delivery
- Meet deadlines, budgets and project milestones
- Coordinate with design, development and marketing teams
- Relay marketing requirements to internal teams
- Present performance reports and insights
- Support clients with ongoing strategy
- Identify and recommend additional services
- Contribute to revenue growth through consultative upselling
- Share ideas, best practice and improvements
- Stay up to date with digital trends
- 3-5 years' experience in website/digital project delivery
- Strong ecommerce knowledge
- Excellent organisation and multitasking ability
- Confident communicator and presenter
- Proactive, solution‑focused and detail‑driven
- Comfortable upselling in a consultative manner
