This is a remote role, ideal for someone who enjoys front‑end commercial engagement, process support, and working independently in a lean, fast‑moving environment.
About the Role This is not a high‑volume cold‑calling position.
The role sits at the front end of the sales cycle, supporting inbound leads and ensuring prospects are professionally managed from first contact through to handover.
You'll work closely with senior stakeholders in the UK and an experienced delivery and analysis team overseas.

Key Responsibilities
- Handling and following up inbound sales enquiries
- Making initial outbound calls to warm leads
- Booking and coordinating sales meetings and demos
- Managing sales activity through HubSpot CRM
- Sending proposals, contracts, and information packs
- Supporting customer onboarding and handover processes
- Liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery
- Maintaining accurate sales records and documentation
- Supporting ongoing customer engagement and follow‑ups
- (Longer term) assisting with targeted outbound outreach using structured research and AI tools
- Experience in Sales Support within the software sector.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging professionally with clients
- Highly organised and process‑driven
- Able to work remotely with minimal supervision
- Confident, reliable, and self‑motivated
- Strong attention to detail and follow‑through
- Comfortable working with CRM systems (HubSpot ideal, but not essential)
