Qualifications
- Shipped 2+ production AI projects with a clear business metric (share it).
- Orchestration (Python/TS), n8n/Make, webhooks, Vercel/AWS.
- Comfortable moving discovery → scoped plan → shipped MVP.
- Depth with LLM APIs, retrieval (embeddings/vector DB), tools/agents, and evals.
- Excellent leadership and project management abilities
- Strong background in Computer Science and Data Science
- Clear comms, async docs, tight handoffs.
- Systems thinking across ops/marketing/support.
- Familiarity with CRM/marketing/support stacks (Salesforce/HubSpot/Klaviyo/Zendesk/Gorgias/etc.
What you will do
- Run discovery/triage calls; rank use-cases by impact × feasibility.
- Draft a 2-week plan: scope, owner, stack, success metric.
- Lead a sprint to ship one real win (agent, RAG tool, or automation).
- Pick tooling, set evals/guardrails/observability; keep it sane and measurable.
- Communicate async-first; 1–2 sync calls/week max.
- Hand off cleanly to client ops; no long consulting tails.
