Programme Manager Hybrid - Sussex 1 day/wk

Looking for an Agile Programme Manager in the insurance /financial services sector who is a strategic, senior professional who will oversee multiple related projects, aimed at delivering significant business value and transformational change, while applying flexible, iterative Agile methodologies. This role balances traditional governance with Agile adaptability in order to manage complex initiatives in digital transformations and platform migrations,

You will maintain a project portfolio within timelines, budgets and quality.

Effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Experience in Agile Project Management within a fast paced organisation.

Able to demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects successfully involving a large amount of system, business and technical changes including product development.

Extensive experience of working on cross-functional multi-tasked projects, managing internal and external relationships.

In-depth knowledge of various Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, DSDM).

Strong business acumen in project planning and management.

Digital transformation experience.

Desirable certifications include Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), AgilePgM, MSP, or PRINCE2
