Technical Product Owner

Hybrid - Occasional office presence in East Sussex . (Must have worked within financial services).

Responsible for leading the delivery of digital and cloud-based changes. The ingestion of data, on to azure, within an agile delivery environment. Prioritise product backlog, making sure development is aligned with strategy and built for scalability, resilience, and performance in a modern cloud environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Ownership: Define and manage the product backlog, ensuring clarity, prioritisation, and alignment with strategic goals.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with business and technical stakeholders to gather, validate, and trace requirements from concept to tested solution.
• Documentation & Governance: Create and secure approval for Business Design Authority (BDA) documentation for all relevant change initiatives.
• Delivery Leadership: Guide agile teams through the full delivery lifecycle, including:
• Operational Acceptance Testing (OAT)
• Regression testing
• Deployment readiness
• Cloud-Native Focus: Ensure solutions are built with cloud-native reliability, scalability, and performance in mind, enhancing the overall digital experience.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and application delivery.
• Experience working in agile environments, ideally with cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and deliverables.
• Familiarity with modern cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, ) and associated services.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Salary £Neg. To 20% bonus, £5k car, to 10% matching pension, 27 days hols, private medical/life insurance.
