£40,000-£45,000 plus bonus potential and a strong benefits package
Central London - hybrid working
Our client is a specialist consultancy that helps charities and not-for-profit organisations optimise their data and CRM systems. They are a trusted partner in their sector and continue to grow, offering a strong environment for learning and progression.
Joining as a CRM Consultant, you will receive structured training to build your technical skill set and learn how to deliver high-quality consultancy to clients. You will work closely with charity and not-for-profit organisations to help them solve data and CRM challenges, so this role is ideal if you enjoy working with people and also like getting into the detail of data and systems.
What you’ll be doing as a CRM Consultant
- Acting as a key client-facing representative and charity data subject matter expert throughout the relationship lifecycle, including prospect visits, onsite consultative work and ongoing account management.
- Maintaining and executing core database administration tasks for client CRM and data systems.
- Delivering training to client teams on the processes and systems you support or design, helping them get maximum value from their data and CRM tools.
- Guiding clients through the full lifecycle of CRM and data solution implementations, from requirements through to go-live and post-implementation support.
- Documenting technical research, configuration decisions and best practices in a clear, structured way.
- Contributing to and writing client proposals that outline recommended solutions and services.
About you
(You don’t need to be a fully-fledged CRM expert on day one)
- Experience in a client-facing, customer-focused or stakeholder-heavy role (e.g. customer success, support, consulting, fundraising, operations or similar).
- A genuine interest in data, systems and how organisations use CRM to manage relationships.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to build trust and explain concepts clearly to non-technical users.
- Good attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
- Any exposure to CRM platforms, databases, reporting tools or working with charities / not-for-profits would be a bonus but is not essential.
What’s on offer to CRM Consultants:
- Comprehensive training and mentoring to develop your technical and consulting skills.
- The opportunity to work with purpose-driven organisations making a positive social impact.
- A varied role combining client interaction, problem-solving and hands-on work with data and systems.
- A supportive, growing consultancy with scope to progress as you build your expertise.
